Untargeted Analysis of the Exposome

HHEAR’s untargeted analysis can measure large sets of analytes (hundreds to thousands) simultaneously in a hypothesis-free, data-driven manner. Untargeted analysis builds on the traditional concepts of metabolomics and laboratory panel analyses but is intended to facilitate exploration of the totality of environmental exposures, termed the exposome. This type of analysis can be used to strengthen understanding of the association between exposures and health outcomes.
