Computational Workflows for Untargeted Exposomics

Part 7 of the HHEAR Exposomics Webinar Series

Description: Computational workflows are key to understanding untargeted exposomics data.  Drs. Fiehn and Du will discuss how computational workflows are utilized for extracting the tens of thousands of features in untargeted exposomics data, identifying and annotating the features, and predicting what compounds could have produced those features that do not have confident matches with existing in-house and publicly available compound databases.
